Jørgen has  over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as the Group Head of Innovation and Digital Assets at Euroclear, Jørgen spearheads transformative initiatives that position the organization at the forefront of the financial sector.

Jørgen thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, leveraging his expertise in driving innovation, digital transformation, and managing complex digital assets. His leadership style is defined by an entrepreneurial mindset, a results-driven approach, and a commitment to aligning transformative strategies with global market demands.

Before joining Euroclear, Jørgen held several senior leadership roles in international retail banking, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, bank restructuring, and digital innovation. Notably, he served as CEO of two BNP Paribas subsidiaries in Morocco—DIGIFI, a mobile wallet platform, and DIGISERV, a digital factory. There, he led the development of a B2C ecosystem, accelerating the adoption of innovative digital services and advancing financial inclusion in the region.

Yuval Rooz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Digital Asset, a New York-based technology company best known for DAML, its open-source smart contract language. As CEO, Yuval leads the company’s vision and strategy to drive innovation in the digital asset and blockchain technology space.

Before founding Digital Asset, Yuval managed an electronic algorithmic trading desk at DRW and later joined DRW Investment Group, the venture capital arm of the Chicago-based trading firm. Earlier in his career, Yuval worked as a trader and developer at Citadel, gaining hands-on experience in trading, engineering, and startup investments. His background also includes leading engineering teams and managing complex operations.

Yuval holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He lives and works in New York City, where he is also an avid cyclist.

Specializing in capital raising, contract negotiation, program management, and operational strategy, Yuval brings expertise in diverse areas such as tax structures, transfer pricing, and setting up foreign entities. He is proficient in programming languages and tools including Python, C++, R, Matlab, as well as Linux and Windows operating systems.

Amy Kalnoki is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Bitwave, the #1 digital asset finance platform for enterprises.

As a seasoned entrepreneur and operator, Amy is a leading voice at the intersection of crypto accounting, on-chain tax reporting, and financial compliance.

Amy has spent years helping crypto-native and traditional businesses scale their finance operations to meet the demands of on-chain complexity. Her expertise spans everything from tax automation to ERP integration, making her a sought-after authority on how enterprises can stay compliant while moving fast.

Before Bitwave, Amy co-founded and led Synata, an enterprise search startup acquired by Cisco in 2016. Today, she brings that same focus on innovation and enterprise scalability to Bitwave, empowering finance teams to manage digital assets with the same confidence and clarity as FIAT.

Amy has been featured on global stages at ETH Denver, Consensus, CBC Summit, NFT NYC, Messari Mainnet and more. In 2024, she was recognized with a CrossTech Innovation Award for her work driving the future of on-chain finance.

Chris Zuehlke is a Partner at DRW, where he serves as the Global Head of Cumberland, a global leader in crypto assets and a subsidiary of DRW. Mr. Zuehlke brings extensive experience in building trading operations from the ground up. His expertise spans software development, trade research, compliance, operations, market structure, and regulatory design. Under his leadership, Cumberland has solidified its position as a market leader in the rapidly evolving crypto assets space.

Germán A. Soto Sanchez is the Chief Product and Strategy Officer, a direct report to the CEO, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for Broadridge Financial Solutions. Broadridge is an S&P500 company with a market cap of $24B+ and over 15,000 associates worldwide that is a global financial technology leader providing investor communications and technology-driven solutions to financial institutions, broker dealers, asset and wealth managers and corporate issuers.

Prior to Broadridge, Germán was the President and Global Head of Corporate Development of Cloud9 Technologies, a global leading fintech which was acquired by Symphony Communications. Cloud9 Technologies is a cloud-based SaaS voice communications and data platform for institutional voice traders that was voted a CB Insights top 250 Fintech for 3 years in a row. Cloud9’s technology handles millions of voice trader communications per day from a network of over 5,000 global institutional users.

Prior to Cloud9, Germán led Utilities strategic investments for JPMorgan Chase. As Executive Director of Strategic Investments, Germán focused on the sourcing, diligence, and execution of early-stage investments in businesses whose solutions were of strategic importance to JPMorganChase. Previously, Germán was the Head of M&A and interim CFO for a bank holding company launched to acquire failed/distressed financial institutions such as banks, specialty finance companies and credit providers. He was also a Principal at AIC Private Equity, where he helped lead a capital raise of $250M from investors such as the European Investment Bank, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and Verizon for a fund focused on control investments in Financial Services and Telecommunications companies. Prior to AIC Private Equity, Germán was at McKinsey & Co. Inc. where he was a member of the Financial Institutions Group. Germán received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

Jack began as an aircraft engineer, drawn to the precision and safety of aerospace systems. He later applied that discipline to digital assets, building APAC’s largest crypto quant fund database and leading research at TokenInsight. In 2021, he founded LTP to drive institutional adoption. Today, he leads LTP as a top global prime broker, delivering secure, regulated infrastructure across execution, settlement, custody, lending, and financing.

James Lang leads the investment team for Liberty City Ventures and is a member of the investment committee. The team performs market and competitive analysis within the blockchain and crypto space and conducts due diligence on prospective investments. The team also monitors portfolio company activity and performance. Mr. Lang has been with Liberty City Ventures since inception. He initially served as an internal consultant for companies incubated by LCV. In that capacity, Mr. Lang ran exchange operations for Paxos while serving as head of the OTC Trading Desk and Lead Institutional Client Relationship Manager. Then he participated in the launch of Lukka where he was Director of Operations.

Mr. Lang is also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island. The committee manages a $175 million portfolio which has produced top decile returns during his term.

Previously, Mr. Lang was portfolio manager and a Principal of Cashel Capital, a top performing equity long/short fund focused on the real estate sector. During Mr. Lang’s tenure Cashel Capital posted positive results for every full year period, including +25.3% net in the crisis year of 2008. Prior to joining Cashel Capital, Mr. Lang was an analyst and the head trader for Washburne Capital Management, a merger arbitrage hedge fund. He began his investment management career as a trader at Guard Hill Capital, a risk arbitrage hedge fund. He received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Columbia University, and a Master of Business Administration with a dual major in finance and accounting from New York University. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

As Head of Product at IntellectEU, Jonathan focuses on building technology solutions that enable more efficient and transparent global financial markets. During past six years, he worked on several payments and blockchain projects spanning capital markets, telco, and supply chain. Currently, Jonathan leads the development and implementation of the Catalyst Product Suite, a comprehensive solution that empowers institutions to modernize payments and adopt digital assets at scale by tackling the infrastructure and integration needs. The solution is actively used by participants on the Canton Network to support their operations.

John has more than 20 years of experience in financial services. He is HSBC’s Group Head of Digital Assets and Currencies, responsible for the bank’s approach to CBDCs, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies and asset tokenisation. John is responsible for HSBC Orion, the propriety digital assets platform that financial institutions and corporations are able to use to issue digital bonds on blockchain. Prior to joining HBSC, John held various roles at ICE Futures Europe (previously the London International Financial Futures Exchange – LIFFE), finally becoming head of the FICC business.

Joris Delanoue is Co-Founder and CEO of Fairmint, the leader in onchain equity infrastructure, powering the next generation of private capital markets. Fairmint enables companies to issue, manage, and transfer equity natively onchain with full regulatory compliance, laying the foundation for a new era of programmable, regulated DeFi.Fairmint co-initiated the Open Cap Table Protocol, processing over $1.2 billion in equity onchain, and turning cap tables into smart contracts. With this milestone, Fairmint joined the ranks of pioneering projects which entered the “$1 billion club” in tokenized real-world assets, signaling growing adoption for regulated and onchain infrastructure.

Fairmint also serves as the first fully onchain SEC-registered Transfer Agent.Prior to founding Fairmint, Joris built and exited two technology ventures in Europe. He later joined Singularity University in Silicon Valley, where he focused on applying emerging distributed ledger technology to regulated financial systems. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of fintech, policy, and crypto/blockchain infrastructure, he brings both entrepreneurial execution and regulatory fluency to market.
Joris contributes to the development of onchain equity rails across both public blockchains – to embrace the composability of DeFi- and privacy-enabled blockchain – to support private companies and institutional finance requirements.

Joris is an active voice in ongoing regulatory discussions around blockchain-based financial infrastructure. He has participated in SEC roundtable and authored formal submission to the SEC’s Crypto Task Force, advocating for clear frameworks that support self-custody with built-in KYC/AML, onchain investor protections, and non-custodial regulated roles such as broker-dealers and transfer agents. His work reflects a pragmatic path forward: one that embeds compliance into code and unlocks the full potential of onchain capital markets at institutional scale.

Justin Peterson is the Chief Technology Officer of Tradeweb Markets LLC, where he oversees the development of all trading platforms, infrastructure, and cybersecurity on a global scale. Appointed CTO in April 2020, he leads the firm’s technological strategy and innovation to support its position as a leader in electronic trading.

Previously, Mr. Peterson served as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Technology at Tradeweb, responsible for advancing the firm’s electronic platforms and trading systems. Since joining Tradeweb in 1999, he has driven the development of pricing and trading software, managed the global support team, and led the European technology group. A long-standing member of Tradeweb’s management team, he has also served on its Global Operating Committee for many years.

With more than three decades of experience in computer science and development, including over 20 years in financial services, Mr. Peterson brings extensive expertise to his role. Before joining Tradeweb, he was Vice President at Citibank, where he managed the development of web-based customer delivery and payment systems and improved electronic funds transfer systems. Earlier in his career, he worked at NYNEX Science and Technology on telephone network planning software and at Hughes Aircraft Company on computer-aided integrated circuit design tools.

Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, as well as a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kinga Bosse is a seasoned professional with a dynamic career spanning over two decades in the finance, insurtech, and fintech sectors. She has held diverse roles, including innovation investments, M&A, and finance positions at major industry players such as Houlihan Lokey, AIG, and State Street. Her experience extends to senior executive positions, where she served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Lukka, driving transformative financial strategies and fund raising activities. Most recently, Kinga has transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MPCH, a leading growth stage security firm for businesses and government agencies, marking her entrance into the field of physical & cyber security.

Ryan Trinkle is a co-founder and partner at Obsidian, a leading technology company providing consulting and node hosting services in the Canton ecosystem. A long-time contributor to the functional programming and open-source ecosystems, Ryan is best known for his work on Reflex FRP, a groundbreaking library that enabled Haskell (the programming language that Canton Network’s DAML smart contract language is based on) to enter new markets based on real-time data flow. Ryan is also on the board of several open source projects, including the Haskell Foundation and the NixOS Foundation.

At Obsidian, Ryan has led large-scale projects spanning decentralized finance, blockchain infrastructure, and compliance technology. His experience bridges deep technical expertise with strategic product design and regulatory alignment.

As a board member of the Canton Foundation, Ryan chairs the Audit and Finance Committee and is a member of the Accountability Committee, and works with others throughout the organization to achieve the Network’s goals and build alignment among its many stakeholders.

Veronica Augustsson is a Partner at 7RIDGE, a sector-focused asset manager specializing in transformative technology for the capital markets. In her role, she leverages her extensive experience in technology and finance to support innovation and growth within the industry.

Prior to joining 7RIDGE, Veronica was the CEO of Cinnober, the leading independent provider of technology solutions for trading and clearing venues. Under her leadership, the company significantly strengthened its position as a preferred provider for the world’s top financial institutions and as an employer of choice for industry talent. Before her tenure as CEO, Veronica spent over a decade leading Cinnober’s software development and sales functions, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and business development acumen to the organization.

Veronica is passionate about the intersection of technology and finance and has been recognized for her leadership and commitment to diversity in the industry. She was named in Institutional Investor’s 2018 Trading Tech 40, Financial News’ 100 Most Influential Women in Finance, and VA.se’s Top 10 Most Powerful CEOs in Sweden.
